Tour de France 2015: stage four – rider reaction

Peloton reacts to their day on the cobbles and Tony Martin's solo win

After the high-speed crash on stage three, the Tour de France got no easier on stage four with the bone-shaking cobbles next on the menu for the Tour de France.

And what a stage it proved to be, with the GC men all fighting to stay in contention – successfully – before Tony Martin bolted off the front of the peloton and soloed to victory and into the yellow jersey.

And unsurprisingly after such an epic stage, there was no shortage of riders taking to Twitter in the aftermath, from hailing Martin’s performance to bemoaning the lack of asphalt on the route from Seraing to Cambrai.

We have rounded up the best Twitter reaction in the below, take a look.
