65 Roses Holme Moss Classic

While the Three Peaks Classic and Tour de Yorkshire sample stage one of the Tour de France, the 65 Roses Holme Moss Classic ventures south into stage two territory.
The climb of Holme Moss is the star of the show on the 65-mile route, though the short 46-mile route avoids the iconic ascent, which rises to more than 1,000 feet over the course of three miles, with an average gradient of seven per cent. Both routes start and finish in Rotherham.
Online entry costs £25 and the ride is run in support of Cystic Fibrosis Trust, with sponsorship forms available (but not obligatory).
