The angles, profiles, and lengths of the collection of tubes that make up your machine all have a significant impact on the performance of your bike, from climbing to cornering to acceleration.
The upshot? Geometry is of far greater significance than more superficial aspects of your next bike purchase, such as the colour scheme – although there’s no harm in it looking the part either!
