It was only weeks ago that the 2013 UCI WorldTour drew to a close in Beijing, but with teams already being named for the season-opening Tour Down Under, the 2014 campaign is almost upon us.
For some riders it will represent a fresh start with a new team – with Rigoberto Uran (Sky to Omega Pharma-Quickstep) and Rui Costa (Movistar to Lampre-Merida) among the big-name transfers.

Over the following pages we have picked out five young riders who could do exactly that next year.
Do you agree with our picks? Any we’ve missed? Who are you most looking forward to seeing next year?
