Whenever Bell launch a new helmet, we’re always intrigued to see what they’ll come up with next – and the Zephyr is no different.
Headlining the helmet is MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) technology, which creates a secondary cradle inside the helmet itself, so if the lid has an oblique impact with the road – a kind of impact that’s incredibly common – the helmet is able to rotate around the head to a degree, with claims that it is subsequently able to absorb more of the impact.
