Sunday March 23
If Cheshire and Nottinghamshire do not appeal, then the Cobbler Classic is also due to take place on March 23, with the focus on miles rather than climbs.
Although hilly, the routes – which start from Towcester Racecourse – are described by organisers as flowing with no significant climbs to encounter.
Instead three distances are available through picturesque countryside villages, which also take in landmarks such as Silverstone, Stowe Park and Boddington Reservoir.
The Epic, at 76 miles, and the Standard, which covers 60 miles, are both £30 to enter while the Short route, at 39 miles, is £10 less.
All riders will receive a free High5 pack, with massages and medals awaiting at the finish line.
